Young adulthood is a time of transition and self discovery. It can oftentimes be scary and overwhelming. There are often new responsibilities, new beginnings, new careers, new homes, new relationships, new cities, etc. It’s uncharted territory because you are no longer a minor, but also navigating how to “adult” for the first time. You are discovering who you are and who you want to be in this world. You are beginning to figure out what you want to do with your life and what it’s going to take to get there.

I enjoy walking alongside young adults through this journey of transition and self discovery, creating a safe space to reflect, discover, process, and grow.

My specializations with young adults include life transition, career counseling, family dynamics, chronic illness, anxiety disorders, ADHD, ASD, trauma, grief, depression, and athletic performance.
